Local Restaurants

Normandy is famous for its delicious food so do try to make at least one visit to a local restaurant to enjoy the delicious cuisine available in the area. The following restaurants are within easy reach of the farmhouse.

• Le Krill in the pretty village of La Baleine where all of the meat and fish are cooked over an open fire in front of you. There is an outside terrace for al fresco dining.
• La Barratte in the nearby village of St Denis le Vetu with an attractive restaurant serving local specialities.
• La Passerelle situated in Les Salines near Brehal and overlooking the coastal salt marshes, specialising in fish and seafood.
• Les Fruitiers at Villedieu Les Poeles, is a very French restaurant and bistro serving excellent seafood and other local specialities.
